Hi and welcome to my listing for this lovely Wolseley 16/60.
Finished in a striking two-tone red/blue colour combination, this example presents very well for its age having benefited from an older restoration.
The Wolseley starts up with ease and runs very sweetly, it drives well on the road with no untoward noises.
The bodywork is generally straight and solid with no major damage, just the odd age-related mark and imperfection here and there.
The paintwork is also very nice and has been done to a good standard, it is worth mentioning that the colour appears more subdued in person than in the photos – the first photo I would say is most representative.
The interior follows the theme with blue vinyl seats which have been nicely re-upholstered, as well as a nice red carpet set, all in good useable condition.
The engine bay and underside both look to be in good solid condition.
It is worth noting that the V5 states this as a ’15/60′ however production for these finished in ’61, the engine size is correctly stated as a 1.6 litre.
Comes with a number of spare parts, as well as a good sized history file containing: workshop manual, owners manual, photographs of its restoration which took place during the 2000s, invoices for parts purchased, period brochures & literature, club magazines, old V5Cs, old MOT certificates.
Registered as a historic vehicle so MOT/tax exempt, cheap to insure too! HPI clear.
A £250 non-refundable holding deposit secures this car.
We can assist with delivery for a reasonable cost, once the car has been paid for.
Any questions, feel free to ask.
Thanks for looking.
