Hi and welcome to my listing for this grand old Vauxhall GY 25.
Finished in black with a brown leather interior, this example presents well considering its 89 years of age!
It has just come from a long-term Vauxhall collection, and is showing only 2 previous owners.
The Vauxhall starts on the button (or clutch as is the case with these), the smooth 6-cylinder engine runs nicely and sounds fantastic. It runs, drives and stops, but may benefit from some light recommissioning before use due to a period in storage.
The bodywork is very straight and solid with no major damage, the doors fit well and close nicely, there is just the odd age-related mark here and there.
The paintwork is fairly presentable however close-up there are numerous areas of micro-blistering, crazing and cracking to the paint.
The interior is in lovely original condition, the seats showing a wonderful age related patina and are very comfortable, it even smells great too, overall a really nice place to be.
The engine bay and underside both look to be in good solid condition.
Registered as a historic vehicle so MOT/tax exempt, cheap to insure too!
