Hi and welcome to my listing for this charming Nissan Figaro, finished in the rare colour of ‘Topaz Mist’.
It has had only 1 UK owner since its importation in 2008.
Powered by the reliable 1 litre turbocharged ‘MA10ET’ unit with automatic gearbox, this example is being offered as a ‘rolling restoration’ project as it would benefit from some TLC, mainly cosmetically.
It starts, runs and drives well and has just completed a 230 mile journey without issue. It most recently benefited from an oil & filter service, as well as air filter and coolant change in November (invoice on file).
It also had a cambelt & water pump replacement in 2023 and has now covered just over 129k kms which equates to 80k miles.
The bodywork is straight and solid however there is the odd scab and age-related mark here and there, the wheel arches all look to be in good solid condition.
The paintwork is generally presentable however there is the odd paint defect, lacquer peel, and age-related marks/imperfections all round.
The interior is in useable condition and looks to be all complete, but the driver’s seat is showing some wear and it would benefit from a good clean.
The engine bay is honest and original but again would benefit from a good detailing.
The underside looks to be quite solid.
MOT’d until December 2026.
Bad points: turbo makes a whistling noise, has a poxy toad alarm/immobiliser fitted which means you have to enter a ‘code’ to start unless I’m doing something wrong – has a fob but this doesn’t seem to do anything so may want re-setting/new battery?
Comes with invoices/receipts for servicing and work done over the years, MOT certificate, paperwork and correspondence relating to its importation.
Overall a great opportunity for someone to purchase a ‘use and improve’ example with plenty of potential and in a rare colour. Some of the best examples of these are now making £15-20k so well worth doing!
