Hi and welcome to my listing for this lovely low mileage Rover 827.
Finished in the unusual combination of White exterior with Granite (Grey) cloth interior, the car presents well overall for its age having been dry stored for most of its life.
‘OOC’ is believed to be an ex Rover management/demonstration car, it has then only had one keeper throughout its whole life (2 previous keepers showing on V5 due to the long-term owner putting it into his company name).
It starts, runs and drives well, the 2.7 litre Honda engine and gearbox is both smooth and responsive, but it does have a couple of issues which I will detail below.
The bodywork is very straight and solid with no serious corrosion, the paintwork is good with just the odd age-related mark and imperfection here and there.
The interior is clean and tidy and presents well with minimal wear showing to the seats. The carpets have had mats over the top to protect them, even the headlining is in good condition with no sag which is pretty rare for one of these – or any Rover for that matter!
The engine bay and underside both look to be in good solid condition.
There are a couple of small issues which I am putting down to a lack of use in recent years: speedo is intermittent, slight exhaust blow, whistling/rubbing noise from I think the brakes (this may clear up with use).
Comes with its original owners wallet containing complete book pack, original sales invoice/order form, old MOT certificates, old tax discs, old V5cs.
A £250 non-refundable holding deposit secures this car.
We can assist with delivery for a reasonable cost, once the car has been paid for.
Any questions, feel free to ask.
Thanks for looking.
