Offered for sale is this charming and very rare Austin Victoria – believed to be one of only 2 or 3 in the UK.
Based on the ever popular Austin 1100/1300, but with unique styling by Michelotti, it is reminiscent of certain Triumph models from the time with its front and rear treatment and saloon body shape.
Running and driving well, it has just completed a 260 mile journey without issue. It is powered by the 1.3 variant of the venerable A Series engine with twin carbs, similar to the 1300 GT.
Imported in 2022, it has only had one UK owner and is showing 70k kms (just under 44k miles).
The bodywork and paint are both very presentable, especially for its 52 years of age. The paintwork is bright and there are no signs of corrosion, being an old car it will have had some repairs over the years to keep it in such nice condition.
The interior welcomes you with a lovely beige velour upholstery which is all in good, clean condition. The wood rim steering wheel and gear knob are nice ‘upmarket’ touches.
The underside looks to be very clean and solid.
Overall a car that will be appreciated by lovers of the ADO16 but with a unique twist, you are unlikely to see another one of these on the show circuit!
Registered as a historic vehicle so MOT/tax exempt, HPI clear.
We can assist with delivery for a reasonable cost, once the car has been paid for.
A £250 non-refundable holding deposit secures this car.
