Finished in Brooklands Green with orange ‘deck chair’ upholstery, this example presents very well for its 49 years of age.
Starts, runs and drives well. It is in good mechanical order with working overdrive.
In May of this year, it benefited from a thorough recommissioning which consisted of: full service inc. oil & filter, fuel filter, plugs, brake fluid, cooling system flush, new water pump kit, top hose, coolant, new battery & 4 new tyres at a cost of £1168 (invoice on file).
The bodywork is in very good straight condition, with no major damage or corrosion showing.
The paintwork is also in very good, presentable condition, with just the odd bleb and age-related mark/imperfection here and there.
The interior is in lovely condition and features the desirable ‘deck chair’ seats finished in bright orange which offers a nice contrast to the green exterior.
The engine bay, boot floor, and underside all look to be in good solid condition.
Registered as a historic vehicle so MOT/tax exempt, however it does benefit from an MOT until June 2027.
Comes with a good sized history file which includes: original owners wallet and handbook, passport to service booklet which contains stamps, Haynes workshop manual, a large quantity of invoices/receipts for maintenance and work done amounting to thousands spent, old MOT certificates dating back to the early 80s, old V5Cs.
