Hi and welcome to my listing for this smart chrome bumper MGB GT.
Finished in Teal Blue with a Tan interior, this example presents well having been subject to an older restoration.
The engine starts up with ease, and is both smooth and responsive. The brakes, gearbox and clutch are all operating as they should and it has working overdrive on 3rd & 4th gear. It has recently been serviced and seems to be in good mechanical order.
It benefits from being fitted with an Ivor Searle engine, and the carburettors have recently been cleaned and set-up.
The bodywork is generally straight and solid with no major damage or corrosion, just the odd previous repair/imperfection here and there.
The paintwork is nice and shiny and presents well overall, but close up is not perfect and has age-related marks/imperfections here and there.
The interior is finished in a nice tan colour scheme and is in very good useable condition. The seats showing little in the way of wear, the door cards are in nice condition and the carpet set is excellent also.
The engine bay, boot floor and underside all look to be in good solid condition.
All 4 Rostyle wheels have been refurbished so are in excellent condition and are fitted with good tyres all-round.
Registered as a historic vehicle so MOT/tax exempt, cheap to insure too! HPI clear.
Comes with spare keys, owners handbook, Haynes workshop manual, invoices/receipts for work done over the years which includes an invoice from 2022 for £4281.22 spent on the recon engine, clutch kit amongst other works, photographs during its restoration, parts manual, period marketing brochure.
